“This stuff gives you an unreal pump IF it works on you. 12 pills a day is quite a lot and tough to remember to take, but the effect is cool. I had pumped forearms 24/7. Not fully 100% pumped, just pumped enough to feel it whenever I contracted my arm. Unfortunately at times it was painful, such as when brushing teeth, shaving and talking on the phone. Having half pumped muscles and holding that position for ages is pretty hard. Definitely a supplement worth trying for the cool effect”
