Serving Suggestion
Take 2-3 servings during the day between meals. (Refer to the sample diet on the back of product). Mix 50 grams (approx. 2 scoops) in a shaker with 300-500ml of water or low fat milk, and shake for 30 seconds. Consume within 30 minutes.
